PreNexa Review
Is PreNexa a high quality prenatal vitamin?
PreNexa is a prescription strength prenatal vitamin. People often associate "prescription strength" with high quality. This is FALSE! Prescription strength vitamins only mean that they have over 800 mcgs of folic acid. PreNexa contains a very high amount of folic acid and plant based DHA which make it an above average prenatal vitamin.
Is PreNexa Safe?
Minus all the artificial colors, and the unhealthy oils, petroleum and coal derived ingredients, PreNexa is a generally safe product. PreNexa lacks quality ingredients like Choline, Inositol, Probiotics, Biotin, and CoQ10. I am curious to know what, if any, effects these additional chemicals have on baby during the critical stages of their development?

When it comes to the health and wellbeing of my children I want nothing but the best for them. I prefer not to take gambles when it comes to my health and the health of my family. I do not need my vitamins to be dyed and shellacked in order to make them more appealing to the eye. What really appeals to me is high quality ingredients that will ensure my child is going to be healthy and happy. I know that by taking a high quality prenatal vitamin before, during and after my pregnancy, that I fulfilled my duty as a mother in providing them with the healthiest start in life. I do not get that assurance with products like PreNexa.
