Bloomen Nutrition Review
Is Bloomen Nutrition a high quality prenatal vitamin?
Bloomen deserves a pat on the back for adding DHA to their nutritional chew but what about all the other vitamins and nutrients you and your baby need? Bloomen only has 234mgc of folate, where most prenatals these days contain atleast 800 mcg. What about iron, calcium, biotin, inositol, Vitamin D and CoQ10?Rather than being sold as a high-quality prenatal vitamin it should be a DHA and Vitamin B snack.
Is Bloomen Nutrition Safe?
Bloomen Nutrition is considered safe unless you are allergic to fish or soy. In order to get the recommended 800 mcg of folic acid you would have to take 3.5 chews, so 1 chew will not be sufficient enough to meet the needs of your growing baby.
Bloomen Nutrition Ingredients

Bloomen Nutrition Pros
- Contains 129 mg of DHA and EPA
- May help reduce nausea
Bloomen Nutrition Cons
- Lacks essential vitamins and nutrients

- Not a good source of Iron, or Calcium

- Do not take if you are allergic to fish or soy
The Bottom Line…
Bloomen Nutrition has about as much nutrition and a fish stick. If you decide to take these chews you better make sure your nutrition is spot on or you and your baby could be in trouble. You are putting yourself at risk for developing complications like anemia, preeclampsia and your baby could be at risk for developing serious birth defects. I do not feel comfortable recommending this product.
